Props needed: chair/stool, hand towel for scrubbing (optional)
This class will start with dry scrubbing, head to toe, followed by gentle spinal motions on the stool or standing and a shorter Gyrokinesis class on the stool, with music. Next, rhythmic breathing exercises to strengthen the lungs, diaphragm and tone the abdominals (Wow, do they get toned!) all while seated. Ending meditation with vocal sounds.
