CLASS DESCRIPTION: With an emphasis on movement and breathing, the class will touch upon different styles such as contemporary, acro, floor barre, and floor work, and will end with phrase work. The class playlist will include a mix of good energy music from today’s pop, instrumental hip hop, and Ethnic/Israeli music.
