Lonnie Stanton is a Boston-based contemporary dancer and experienced dance educator. This class is part of Jean Appolon Expressions’ ongoing quarantine dance class series.

Class is open to movers of all backgrounds and experiences. Lonnie will provide varied options to accomodate those who are newer to dance, as well as those looking to work on their technique. Class will include a warm-up, an opportunity for improvisation, a brief combination, and a chance to stretch. All movement is designed to fit in small spaces!
